- We teach you a lot more than 40 exercises, we also teach you how to guide people lying on the floor, no need of eye contact here. This technique developed by Alexandre MUNZ is the result of 20 years of research, it is essential in the studio, it is fascinatingly effective for online classes. You learn simple semantic and phonetic protocols allowing everyone, regardless of ages and levels, to follow your class without worrying about learning. Here too you’ll receive a document that compiles the neurolinguistics of each exercise.

The three 3-day modules, or 9 days in total, are an ideal solution for those who are not used to teaching movements, or for those who prefer to start smoothly and practice teaching between each module.

This approach is a creation by Alexandre MUNZ in the field of neurolinguistics, a huge asset for you and your students for in-person and online settings. THE PREREQUISITES
Prerequisite 1
To access this professional training, you must have a diploma in one of the following areas: Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Gyrotonics, dance, sport, martial arts, physiotherapy, osteopathy.
Prerequisite 2
Having participated in three MUNZ FLOOR® classes ahead of submitting your application form is mandatory for your project to become a teacher. These three dates are requested in the application form. Mr. MUNZ entirely opted for online training programs, why? Online or in-studio, all practitioners lie on the floor, they move without making any eye contact with the teacher, their link is only auditory.
